Our couches ship vacuum-compressed to reduce shipping bulk and cost. Orders typically leave our fulfillment center within 2–3 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping, though these are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Once a product is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, though we remain available to help resolve any delivery issues — see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on our Services — including trademarks, text, images, graphics, product photography, reviews, video, and the overall design and arrangement of the site — is owned by The Boneless Couch or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
